What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

Empathy and compassion are two of the many goals I have for my therapy sessions. You desire a therapist that you can trust and has your best interest in mind. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about working with clients through grief and loss, anxiety, and trauma but can work with an array of conflicts that you may be experiencing. My services provide a meaningful impact because of the emphasis I place on connecting with each client, and their unique needs. I am authentic to who I am as a person, and as a therapist. You deserve a therapist that will take the time to get to know you, and what you need in each session. I strive for this, and making our sessions as comfortable for you and judgement free. I place importance on the guidance you provide me in regard to what you feel is the current presenting problem and how you would like to approach that. I care about how my clients are feeling regarding our sessions. I want for you to feel empowered, and motivated to make whatever changes you feel are necessary. I strive to assist my clients in doing so, with each session.
