Work HistoryAfter becoming a mother myself for the first time, I developed a deep passion for supporting women through the emotional and psychological transitions that can come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. These seasons can bring immense joy, but they can also include challenges that many women feel unprepared for or alone in navigating. I am certified in perinatal mental health and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a trauma-focused treatment that can help process difficult or overwhelming experiences. In my work, I support women facing a variety of concerns, including infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, grief and loss, and other major life transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where women feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move toward healing and resilience.
