Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can briefly connect and determine whether working together feels like a good fit. Research consistently shows that progress in therapy is strongly influenced by the quality of the therapeutic relationship, so finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is an important first step.
At this time, I am licensed in the state of Utah, which means clients must be physically located in Utah at the time of our sessions.
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
Many people hesitate to start therapy because they feel like they don’t deserve help or support, or they think, “Other people have it worse, so I shouldn’t need therapy.” But pain and struggle are not a competition. Just because someone else may be suffering does not mean your experiences, emotions, or challenges matter any less.
Therapy is simply a space where you are allowed to bring what you are carrying and not have to hold it alone. You don’t need to reach a certain level of struggle to deserve support. If something is weighing on you, that is reason enough to talk about it.
Often people find that once they give themselves permission to seek support, they experience relief in realizing they no longer have to navigate everything by themselves.

Work HistoryAfter becoming a mother myself for the first time, I developed a deep passion for supporting women through the emotional and psychological transitions that can come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. These seasons can bring immense joy, but they can also include challenges that many women feel unprepared for or alone in navigating.
I am certified in perinatal mental health and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a trauma-focused treatment that can help process difficult or overwhelming experiences.
In my work, I support women facing a variety of concerns, including infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, grief and loss, and other major life transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where women feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move toward healing and resilience.
