Work HistoryFor over 15 years, I’ve supported children, teens, and adults through a range of emotional and neurological challenges. My experience spans schools, hospitals, rehab centers, and private practice—each shaping how I work today. I began in community mental health, helping adults with chronic mental health conditions. That’s where I learned the value of steady, nonjudgmental support. In schools, I worked with students with disabilities, focusing on emotional regulation, crisis support, and creating safe spaces for kids who often felt misunderstood. While working at a University Hospital, I counseled adults adjusting to life after brain injuries, strokes, and other medical conditions. Many were struggling quietly with memory, sleep, or identity shifts. I offered both individual and group therapy, collaborated with medical teams, and trained providers on integrating mental health care into treatment. Now in private practice, I bring these experiences together to support adults who are often high-functioning yet silently overwhelmed. Many have lived with misdiagnosis or dismissal. Here, they find a space to feel seen, understood, and supported at their own pace.
