What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Therapy needs to fit the person, not the other way around. I offer an open, nonjudgmental space to talk honestly about life’s challenges, grounded in compassion and a sense of humor.
My style is mindful, eclectic, and tailored to your unique needs. I take a systemic approach, exploring how family dynamics, culture, politics, and larger social systems shape your experiences. My work is informed by feminist and social justice frameworks and draws from humanistic and emotion-focused modalities.
I’m direct, laid-back, and collaborative. I won’t act like a blank slate. I show up as a real human. If you value insight, reflection, and being gently (and sometimes firmly) challenged in a supportive way, we’ll likely be a good fit.
You’re the expert on your life. My role is to partner with you as you build clarity, confidence, and skills to navigate what’s next.
