What is your style/approach to therapy?
My style is warm, compassionate, innately curious and I hope to create a space where your most authentic self is heard and seen. We will start where you’re at and develop the skills to make whatever it is you’re carrying feel more manageable. We will work together to deeply explore your feelings and experiences in order to highlight your strengths, identify patterns, and create meaningful change.
How has your particular field of specialization evolved in recent years and how has that impacted your work?
I've become much more focused on the mind/body connection. I find the more we can attune to our body the more space we have for self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Work HistoryHi! I’m Jessica- a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and South Florida transplant. I obtained my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and have been a New Yorker ever since. I love New York City and can’t imagine being anywhere else.
I currently provide individual counseling to motivated adults navigating all of life’s ups and downs.
Along with weekly psychotherapy, I am also able to offer psychedelic integration to individuals processing their psychedelic experiences. Whether you experienced a journey characterized by challenging emotions or one that offered deep meaning and connection, understanding how to integrate your new awareness into your everyday life is so important. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to continue processing your experience.
Outside of my private practice, I am a Psychotherapist at Field Trip Health & Wellness. I support adults with a variety of mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD through ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration. I’ve also previously worked within the NYC hospital system and have experience in the inpatient and outpatient medical and oncology settings.
I am regularly seeking supervision and training to ensure I can support you to the best of my ability. I’ve been in your shoes and know the courage it takes to make that initial therapy appointment. I am so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to connect with you!
