Work HistoryMy name is Dr. J’Haria Dallas, and I am so glad that you are here! Reaching out for support is a brave and meaningful first step, and just by being here, you’re already beginning something important. Whether you’re going through a big life change, feeling overwhelmed or anxious, navigating relationship stress, or simply craving a space to pause and breathe, therapy can be a powerful place to feel seen, supported, and heard. I’m a licensed professional counselor with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Georgia. Over the years, my experiences in this field have deeply influenced how I support and connect with clients. I’ve seen just how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner — especially during life’s more challenging or uncertain moments. I work with adults, teens (ages 16 and 17), and parents who are ready to feel more confident, connected, and in control. My hope is that our time together feels like a safe, grounding space, one where you can show up fully as yourself, without pressure or judgment.
