What is your style/approach to therapy?
My therapeutic approach focuses on the whole person. Specifically, working with female millennial clients. We carry many different identities within ourselves. I want to assist, through a strengths' based approach, on how you can feel better and obtain greater awareness of your thoughts and behaviors, and why we think and act in certain ways. I work in a collaborative manner with clients, on what may work best for their individual healing. My therapeutic approaches include psychodynamic, EMDR, and IFS. But I tailor therapy sessions to the individual person, so some therapeutic approaches may be outside of this box.
