Work HistoryI am a Licensed Social Worker who previously worked in Tech. My unique blend of experiences means I bring a holistic approach that considers the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of well-being to the care of my clients, while also providing a practical outlook on improving mental health outcomes. My passion lies in supporting clients who are managing life transitions, seeking to enhance the quality of their relationships, or striving for mastery in emotional regulation. If something stands in the way of you functioning as you hoped, come talk to me. I believe in utilizing evidence-based approaches (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, NMT, Family Systems, IFS, etc.) to guide clients through life’s challenges and in the importance of creating a supportive, healing environment to explore what works best for you. Outside of being a therapist, I love exploring the mountains, skiing, soccer, and learning about other cultures through food and travel. Take a chance and call or email me to setup a free 15 minute consultation. If I can't help you directly, I will help provide some clarity on where to look.
