Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
When you work with me, you can expect a down-to-earth, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you're encouraged to be yourself. I approach each person as an individual—no one-size-fits-all therapy here. Whether you're navigating a tough season, managing ongoing mental health challenges, or recovering from past trauma or substance use, my goal is to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
I bring years of experience in both clinical and leadership roles, which means I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the right support can be. I believe in being real with my clients—we’ll have honest conversations, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and focus on creating real, lasting change. I’ll always be transparent with you and offer tools and perspectives you can actually use in everyday life.
It’s important to me that therapy feels safe and collaborative. You are the expert on your life—I’m here to guide, support, and help you discover new ways forward.

Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings that have shaped the way I support individuals and families through life’s challenges. My current role as Executive Director at Texas Recovery Center allows me to ensure that every person who walks through our doors receives compassionate, effective care. I work closely with both clinical teams and support staff to create an environment where healing and long-term recovery are possible.
Before stepping into that leadership role, I served as the Clinical Director at Texas Recovery Center, where I was more hands-on with clients. I helped design personalized care plans and guided our team in delivering therapy and support that met each individual’s unique needs. I also worked on building partnerships with community organizations so clients could continue getting support even after treatment ended.
Prior to that, I was the Clinical Director at Vertava Health. There, I focused heavily on helping people navigate their recovery journey from start to finish. I conducted assessments, worked side-by-side with medical professionals, and supported families as they planned for ongoing care. This experience helped me understand the importance of coordination and clear communication in mental health care.
My earlier roles include time at Wellbridge Healthcare Hospital and Hickory Trail Hospital. At Wellbridge, I provided therapy to individuals going through emotional or mental health crises. At Hickory Trail, I worked with both adults and seniors, helping them manage complex emotional and behavioral challenges. I also spent time working with children and families, especially those affected by trauma, during my internship.
Each step of my journey has deepened my understanding of mental health and recovery—from the clinical work to the leadership roles. I bring this well-rounded experience to every session, meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with hope and practical tools for healing.
