Work HistoryI am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with more than a decade of experience helping people heal and grow. After earning my B.A. from Yale University and a M.A. from Stanford University, I continued my training at James Madison University where I completed both a master’s degree and a PhD in clinical mental health counseling and supervision. Throughout my career I have worked with adults, adolescents, couples and families facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that every person has innate strengths and an ability to move toward wellness. I integrate evidence‑based approaches such as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies with solution‑focused and relational techniques, and I incorporate mindfulness and wellness practices to support whole‑person healing. In my current practice I partner with clients both in person and via secure telehealth platforms. I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients can explore their stories, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves and others. When I am not in session I enjoy spending time outdoors in the mountains around Ketchum, and I bring that same sense of grounded presence into my work with clients.
