Work HistoryI’m the CEO of Grace to Grace Behavioral Health LLC, where I oversee a team of professionals dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their mental health. Since launching the practice in January 2024, I’ve focused on creating a safe, welcoming space for clients while also making sure that our services meet high standards of care, professionalism, and confidentiality. I also continue to provide therapy through Hope Behavioral Health, where I’ve worked since 2019. I work with individuals, couples, and families on a range of challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I take time to get to know each client, understand their story, and create a plan that fits their unique needs. My goal is always to offer support that feels respectful, effective, and grounded in real-life solutions. I also offer telehealth sessions to make care more accessible. Before that, I spent several years supporting people through Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries. I worked with individuals experiencing homelessness, young people in tough situations, and women who were incarcerated. I helped clients navigate mental health and substance use issues, provided one-on-one support, and led group sessions. That time taught me a lot about the importance of meeting people where they are and building trust, no matter the circumstances. Earlier in my career, I worked in home care and hospice settings, helping clients with daily activities and offering comfort at the end of life. These roles helped me develop a strong foundation in caregiving, compassion, and understanding the emotional needs of both clients and their families. Through all of these experiences, I’ve learned how to create meaningful connections, provide thoughtful care, and advocate for those I serve. Whether in leadership or one-on-one sessions, my work has always been about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported.
