Work HistoryMost people come to therapy because something's not working anymore. Maybe it's anxiety that won't let up, depression that's made everything feel flat, or grief that's heavier than you expected. Maybe you just feel stuck, unmotivated, or like you're going through the motions without really living. That's the kind of stuff I work with. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Nevada. I got my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College in New York in 2017, and since then I've worked with teens and adults dealing with all kinds of challenges—anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger, low self-esteem, and the everyday stress that piles up until it feels unmanageable. I also work with people from LGBTQ+ communities who need a therapist who gets it without them having to explain everything. I use person-centered and humanistic approaches and incorporate CBT and mindfulness when people need practical tools to manage their thoughts and stress. Sometimes people need to talk things through and sometimes they need strategies they can use tomorrow. I work with individuals and couples, and I keep things straightforward.
