Work HistoryMy journey in the mental health field began in 2014, providing community resources to families in underrepresented communities in San José, CA. Over the years, I formed part of different non-profit organizations in my community to provide therapy to children, teens, adults, and couples from different backgrounds, as well as support families to strengthen their child-parent relationship. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and provide services in both languages. I have experience working with those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, parenting, communication, grief and loss, burnout, immigration and cultural stress, and issues of identity.
