Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have an Existential-Integrative approach, focusing on responsibility, meaning, and freedom while acknowledging and utilizing other humanistic or evidence-based techniques. My goal is to build relationships where the client can strive towards and attain their best selves.
What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
Being authentic and vulnerable.
What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?
I think a lot of people will see a therapist that doesn't fit with them, and then generalize that all therapists are the same, never finding another that does fit.
