What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am currently accepting new Telehealth clients and offer a sliding fee scale based on income from $75 - $150. In our sessions, I use an experiential approach to therapy, where we delve into your experiences, emotions, and patterns in a safe, non-judgmental space. Together, we will explore your unique story and work towards meaningful change. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, develop new coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.
