I work primarily with adults dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety—particularly veterans and those from marginalized communities. My approach combines evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing with culturally relevant practices. I created The Medicine Blanket Project, which integrates Western therapy with traditional healing methods to address generational trauma.
