Get To Know Me
If you could pick one movie or book that influenced your approach to therapy, what would it be and why?
I would say it was a video game series that influenced my approach to therapy. During my sophomore and Junior year of high school there was an anime RPG game called Persona 4 that first introduced me to be interested in psychology. It had much of it's concepts based on Jungian Analysis and psychology. This is modality that is part of the psychodynamic school of psychotherapy that emphasizes the function of the unconscious mind and bringing to our conscious awareness to obtain insight that will lead to change. This is what I aim to do with my approaches.

Work HistoryMy experience with providing psychotherapy has mainly been working with adolescents, young adults and adults at places such as a school district or outpatient community mental health centers. My skills have developed extensively over the past couple years from time of this writing. I've been able to obtain training in cognitive behavior therapy, hypnosis, and trauma modalities over the course of this time and I've found them to be very useful in helping people overcome their struggles.
