Work HistoryIf you’re feeling constantly anxious, overwhelmed, or not quite like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I specialize in working with adults and teens who struggle with anxiety and social anxiety, including those who feel stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, or fear of judgment. Many of the people I work with are used to “pushing through” on the outside, while inside they feel exhausted, on edge, or disconnected. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and find practical ways to help you feel more grounded and in control. I also work closely with women navigating life transitions, including pregnancy and the postpartum period. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, irritable, or unlike yourself after having a baby, you’re not alone—and it doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. These experiences are more common than people talk about, and they are treatable with the right support. With over 20 years in mental health, including experience in higher levels of care, I bring both clinical expertise and a calm, supportive presence to our work. In my practice, I combine thoughtful medication management with real, collaborative conversations. I often use tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but always in a way that feels practical and relevant to your daily life—not overwhelming or overly clinical. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where we can work together at your pace. Whether you're dealing with constant worry, social anxiety, or adjusting to a new phase of life, we’ll focus on helping you feel more confident, steady, and like yourself again. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments to make getting support as easy and accessible as possible.
