Work HistoryYou don't need to have it all together to start therapy. Actually, that's kind of the point. I'm Julia, and I work with people going through it—whatever "it" is for you. Grief that won't lift. Anxiety that runs the show. Trauma you can't seem to move past. Relationships that keep falling into the same patterns. I see adults, teens, and older folks navigating everything from ADHD to addiction to figuring out who they are after major life changes. Here's my approach: I meet you exactly where you're at. No judgment about what you should have figured out by now or how you "should" be handling things. Whether you're questioning your identity, dealing with chronic illness, working through attachment issues, or just trying to get through the day—you belong here. I'm trained in a lot of different approaches (DBT, ACT, IFS, Gottman Method, Brainspotting, somatic work, music therapy, and more) because people aren't one-size-fits-all. What works for someone else might not work for you, and that's fine. We'll figure out what actually helps. I also work with LGBTQ+ folks, people in non-traditional relationships, those navigating body image struggles, and anyone who feels like they don't quite fit the mold of what therapy is "supposed" to be for. If you've worried you're too much, too complicated, or too different, you're not! This is a space where you can show up as yourself. All of yourself. Message me to schedule a consultation or you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 702-685-0877
