Get To Know Me
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
I’ve always felt deeply, noticed the subtleties most people miss, and navigated life with a heightened sense of awareness. This has given me both challenges and strengths, and it’s taught me how valuable understanding, connection, and clarity are. That experience shaped my path toward becoming a therapist and my passion for creating a space where people feel truly seen, understood, and supported.
I’m highly attuned to emotions and patterns, both in myself and in others, and I’ve learned the importance of trusting intuition, honoring boundaries, and living in alignment with my values. I value authenticity, clarity, and meaningful connection, and I approach life with care, discernment, and a quiet sense of humor.
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
I am a big believer in intuition.
I’ve always relied on my gut: in life, work, and relationships. Tuning into my instincts helps me make clear decisions and stay aligned with what feels right.
I love exploring psychology.
I’m endlessly curious about what drives people, how emotions shape experiences, and what helps us grow. Learning about human behavior inspires both my work and my perspective on life.
I never skip self-care.
Whether it’s skincare, cozy routines, journaling, or a quiet night in, caring for myself is a regular part of my routine. It helps me stay grounded, balanced, and fully present for my clients, the people in my life, and myself.

Work HistoryIf you feel deeply, have been called “too sensitive,” or are highly self-aware, you’re in the right place. I work with clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed or sense that their inner world is more complex than what others see, and I can help you make sense of it. I work with teens, highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and Gen Z clients who feel deeply, notice subtleties others miss, and want clarity instead of constantly second-guessing themselves. My approach is integrative and relational, blending attachment-based, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused therapy to help you gain insight, regulate emotions, and live with intention.
Many clients say that I bring “big sister energy”: someone who listens without judgment, names what’s going on beneath the surface, and helps untangle emotions with insight. My approach is attuned, thoughtful, and grounded. Together, we explore patterns, past experiences, and emotional responses so you can build self-trust and confidence.
Clients often leave our work feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves: better able to set boundaries, trust their intuition, and make aligned decisions. If you’re seeking to be fully seen and feel more empowered in your life, I would be honored to support you. Book a complimentary consultation through my website today.
