Work HistoryWelcome to Higher Aim, LLC. I intentionally use my practice as a healing space along life's journey. I am passionate about working with clients from historically/systemically marginalized backgrounds. My clinical practice is rooted in whole-person care, understanding the relationship between our minds, bodies, environments and cultural values. Clients that have felt "misunderstood" or "overlooked" will appreciate my intention to honor their unique qualities and backgrounds. Our sessions are a safe place to be your authentic self. My hope is that every person leaves our sessions feels empowered and heard. I am trained in Trauma & Resilience frameworks, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Other specialty training: Diabetes + Mental Health, Perinatal Mental Health, Children's Mental Health. Finding safe, non-judgmental spaces can be tough. Clients will have the space to laugh, cry, be frustrated and honest about their thoughts and feelings. Higher Aim is designed with Trauma-Informed Care and Resiliency frameworks, meaning your goals, your voice and your choice are prioritized. Book your free consultation through my website!
