In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I am a direct but compassionate therapist, motivated to see you find some relief in managing your symptoms. I find satisfaction in using evidenced-based treatment interventions as I can see the improvement clients find when they do the work. I have great empathy for the symptoms of depression and anxiety as I have experienced them myself and have worked with hundreds of individuals dealing with the same.
