What is your style/approach to therapy?
Come as you are, and I will meet you at that level! I wear comfortable clothing, I have tattoos, I curse, and I'm far from perfect! I am a human just like you! I want you to feel safe and comforted while in my office space so you can get the help you need. My approach looks the way you need it to be, it won't be the same for any two people because no two people are the same. Maybe we sit on the floor, maybe we cry it out, maybe we make slime, maybe we curse the world... it doesn't matter, it's what you need in the moment that is going to help you on your mental health journey to healing.

Work HistoryHello! I'm Kailee and my passion for mental health work stems from my own experiences within the field. A social worker once saved me and it ignited a fire within my soul to help others who struggle with trauma, personality disorders, or depression. I am an Air Force veteran, and I am passionate about helping fellow veterans, military members, and first responders. I use an eclectic approach to helping my clients as I believe there is no "one size fits all" for everyone. I strongly believe that you have the answers, sometimes you just need help finding them!
I am certified in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Equine Assisted Therapy. I also use traditional modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working with active duty service members, first responders, and veterans.
