Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I experienced counseling for the first time when I was 15-years-old. I remember feeling as if someone was actually listening to me and supporting me. After a few sessions I decided that I wanted to be that person who offered people a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported. I have been pursuing a career as a counselor ever since.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I am kind, compassionate, and accepting. I aim to make a safe, judgement-free space that allows you to be comfortable enough to address any and all mental health challenges you wish to address.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a whole-person approach to therapy in which I address all aspects of a client and their life in order to meet their needs.
