Under Clinical Supervision
Kameron Lovelace, Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor, N/A is practicing under the supervision of Cynthia Jordan (Tennessee, LPC, 608) at Stress Health Company.
Please, note: A clinician listed as being “clinically supervised” is completing clinical hours toward their licensure. They have one or more fully licensed clinical supervisors that often have special training to become supervisors. They consult with their supervisor(s) on all of their cases, which means that, when working with them, you are getting the time and expertise of multiple therapists in your treatment.
How has your particular field of specialization evolved in recent years and how has that impacted your work?
During the pandemic, I discovered more about the connection between the mind and body. This lead me to learn how to provide a holistic approach that helps my clients improve both their physical and mental well-being.
What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
My biggest strength is being able to provide a safe space for my clients to feel heard and empowered. When it comes to therapy, my goal is to give every client a place where they can feel completely comfortable sharing and addressing their issues without judgement.
Are there any recurring themes or issues you’ve noticed as you treat people in your area of specialization, and how has this insight guided your approach?
Many of the clients I've worked with have struggled with healthy stress management skills, especially if they are business owners or management level professionals. Because of this, it has become common practice to help them develop the best stress and self care strategies that they can implement into their lives.
