Under Clinical Supervision

Karen Snyder, Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor, 00 is practicing under the supervision of keiko Wolfe (Pennsylvania, LPC, PC007755) at Blossom Counseling and Wellness LLC.

Please, note: A clinician listed as being “clinically supervised” is completing clinical hours toward their licensure. They have one or more fully licensed clinical supervisors that often have special training to become supervisors. They consult with their supervisor(s) on all of their cases, which means that, when working with them, you are getting the time and expertise of multiple therapists in your treatment.

If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?

If there’s one thing I wish people knew, it’s that therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. It’s simply a space where you can talk openly, explore what’s on your mind, and feel genuinely supported without any judgment. You set the pace, and we focus on what matters most to you. Therapy is a collaborative process; it’s about helping you find answers that feel right for *you* and creating positive changes that fit your life. Even if you’re unsure, taking that first step can be incredibly freeing.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

One of my biggest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their feelings openly. I bring a calm and empathetic presence to each session, helping clients feel truly heard and understood. I also have a practical, down-to-earth approach, so I can offer you strategies that make sense in real life—not just in theory. With my blend of life experience and professional training, I aim to help you feel supported as you find your way forward.

What do you like about the practice or clinic you currently work at?

What I love most about working at Blossom is the supportive, caring environment we create for each client. Our team is committed to meeting people where they are, offering a safe and welcoming space to explore life’s challenges. It’s a place where collaboration and compassion come first, and where I feel truly supported in helping my clients through their life transitions. Being part of a clinic that values empathy, growth, and personal connection makes my work feel meaningful every day.

Work History

Over the years, I’ve dedicated my work to supporting people as they face life’s turning points and challenges. My experience began at The Peacemaker Center, where I guided clients through difficult transitions—whether dealing with career changes, relationship shifts, or finding new purpose after a loss. Through my training in therapeutic approaches like CBT, DBT, and EMDR, I’ve gained tools that help clients make sense of their experiences, process difficult emotions, and create new paths forward. Having made my own career transition from a long corporate career to becoming a counselor, I understand how unsettling change can be. I use this real-world insight and life experience to create a warm, understanding environment where clients feel comfortable exploring what’s next in their lives. Each person I work with has a unique story, and my goal is to help you navigate your path with more clarity and confidence.
