Work HistoryComing from a background in fitness and entering the field of mental health provides me the opportunity to explore and navigate the various challenges and impacts external life changes has on our overall well-being. As a clinician who has their own experiences with mental health struggles, physical wellness and mind-body connection has served as a great tool in being aware of self and trusting the emotions of myself. This approach of mind- body connection has allowed me to support my clients in managing life changes through anxiety, depression, and stress management through various interpersonal relationships, but more importantly the relationship one has with themselves.
