Work HistoryMy path into therapy began long before I was licensed. I started by teaching trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness, a practice I’ve carried for over 15 years. I later worked as a wilderness therapy field guide, supporting teens through big emotions and life transitions in the outdoors. These early experiences shaped my deep trust in the body, the nervous system, and the healing power of presence. After graduate school, I worked in a community mental health clinic serving low-income clients, and then joined a progressive therapy practice in Santa Fe, where I supported a wide range of people with a special focus on queer community care and trauma healing. For the past year, I’ve been in private practice, integrating my clinical training with somatic approaches, expressive arts, parts work, and plant-medicine–informed integration. Across every setting, my work has focused on helping people feel safe, attuned to, and more connected to themselves.
