Work HistoryI have over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to ADHD, emotional eating, and emotional well-being. My background as a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor (LCSW-S) has given me the opportunity to work with teens, adults, and families in various settings, including schools, community mental health, and private practice. Throughout my career, I have specialized in supporting clients with ADHD and those struggling with emotional eating by offering practical strategies and compassionate guidance. I focus on helping clients understand their unique strengths and develop tools to manage stress, improve focus, and foster self-acceptance. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to meet each client’s needs, whether through one-on-one therapy, group sessions, or workshops. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make positive changes.
