During our first session, we'll review your intake together, giving you the opportunity to add or adjust anything as we go. I may ask additional questions to better understand your needs. From there, we'll begin setting your goals and outlining some initial steps to help you move forward. We'll also focus on building your motivation, identifying your strengths, and fostering the belief that you have the power to create your best life.
