Work History I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, primarily in outpatient settings. My work has focused on supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and feelings of disconnection. I have also worked extensively with LGBTQIA+ individuals, those in ENM/Poly relationships, and other minority groups. My approach involves helping clients recognize their strengths, build healthy support systems, develop effective coping strategies, practice mindfulness, enhance motivation, improve communication, manage stress, and achieve their personal goals. I strive to create a supportive, open-minded, and relaxed environment where clients feel encouraged and empowered.
