Work HistoryI am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in Florida, Georgia, Colorado, and New Jersey. I provide clinical evaluations for Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) recommendation letters in compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA). I work directly and personally with each client. I am not a large company or letter service—I complete the evaluation myself and carefully assess your emotional and functional needs. When appropriate, I can communicate professionally with your landlord, HOA, school, or employer while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and ethical standards.
My services include housing-related ESA documentation, assistance with additional HOA or property manager forms, and professional communication support for up to 12 months after our last session, when clinically appropriate.
Sessions are available via Telehealth (Zoom) and in person in Hollywood, FL and Pompano Beach, FL. I am fluent in English and Russian and welcome clients who prefer to communicate in either language.
