Work HistoryI am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience across diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, college counseling centers, adoption agencies, and elder care homes. For the past 5 years, I’ve worked in private practice, where I provide individual therapy to adults virtually. My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, and compassion-focused methods. I tailor sessions to each client’s needs and I believe in meeting you where you are. I listen for both what is spoken and unspoken and I value helping you move toward meaningful, sustainable change. Please note: -While I have extensive experience supporting adults with ADD/ADHD, I do not provide formal diagnoses or prescribe medication. -I do not provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters, as this is outside my clinical scope of practice.
