What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
My approach is mindfulness based. I focus my worl with you in the present and helping you build skills for your future. I do provide homework as I used a behavioral approach to therapy. This allows you to do the worl and achieve your goals between sessions to make the changes you desire. Think of me as your coach who is rooting you on the side lines as you the star player make all the shots or in the case we say goals.
