Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I had many people that were strangers just come up to me at random times and want to share their life story. It happened so many times that it made me realize that I should become a therapist.
Are there any recurring themes or issues you’ve noticed as you treat people in your area of specialization, and how has this insight guided your approach?
I have noticed that many of my clients have dealt with in their overall history (and generationally as well) trauma, woundings, attachment issues, burdens, blockages, suppression, blind spots, negative patterns, and negative & false beliefs.
What excites you most about the evolving mental health landscape?
That the mental health landscape is constantly changing, growing, evolving and transforming. Along with this, there are always new techniques & new tools to learn, new therapist trainings to attend, new psychological and counseling/therapy ideas and philosophies to explore and add on to a therapist's current practice.

Work HistoryMy counseling approach is empathetic, honest and I want to stretch you to feel better and find out your hidden potential. I most often combine relational talk therapy with a coaching approach, then I sprinkle in some awesome techniques, Parts Work (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT.) I also do Brainspotting and the Movie Theater Technique for trauma, triggers, negative reactions and fears. I use Room of Contracts Technique and the Elevator Technique to work on negative and false beliefs (example: "I am not good enough"
If you're dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, or trauma—as a child, teen, adult, or older adult—it can be a lot to handle. You don't have to go through it alone. Maybe you're going through a tough time after a breakup, infidelity, divorce, caregiving, infertility, or codependency. You might be struggling with trauma, stress, burnout, life transitions, attachment style issues, or feeling lonely. Whatever you're facing, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I offer engaging online and in--person therapy for children using interactive whiteboard tools, visual activities, and games to help kids to stay focused and actively involved in sessions. I work on negative beliefs, patterns, and past experiences with adults. I work on CBT with negative beliefs and patterns with teenagers.
