Work HistoryI completed my Bachelors of Science in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching from Arizona State University and shortly after earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University. I am an EMDR trained therapist through EMDRIA. I have clinical experience across multiple levels of care, including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs for eating disorders, anxiety, and mood disorders supporting acute phases of recovery for teens and adults. I also have worked in multiple outpatient settings helping clients transition toward greater autonomy, self-awareness, and trust in their bodies and identities.
