Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Do you feel disconnected from yourself or relationships that you value? Does that love of life you used to have feel like it’s fading making it difficult to show up with the same energy you had before? I pride myself on being a therapist who can meet you where you are and motivate you to respark that passion for life once again. Throughout our sessions, we will explore your mood, including any anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles, and work on getting back to self-love and healthy relationships. We will work through coping methods such as calming techniques for daily stressors and make small changes to help you live a comfortable life. Kayla has had much success in exploring clients personality through the use of the Enneagram Assessment. By doing this in therapy you will understand your emotions and how they are helping or hurting your relationships.
Together, we will find that much needed clarity about the next steps in your life, so you can feel radiant in your skin and love the life you live.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
Growing up in a military household, I’ve had the blessing to experience different cultures and meet people from different backgrounds. This has helped me expand my perspective and heighten my understanding for the unique challenges individuals may face. If you’re looking for a therapist who is culturally-adaptive, you can find comfort in a safe, non-judgmental space.
If you resonate with my story or approach, let’s get you started on the journey to a more fulfilling life today!
