Education
California School of Professional Psychology, Master of Arts, Masters of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy, 2023
Work HistoryMy interest in therapy grew from working in mental health and social services, where I kept meeting people who just needed someone to listen. That led me to California School of Professional Psychology, where I earned my Master's in Marital and Family Therapy and learned how deeply our relationships affect our well-being. Now based in Nevada, I work with children, teens, and adults who are dealing with everything from everyday stress to more complex challenges. I have a particular connection to working with men and boys, helping them feel comfortable talking about emotions in a world that doesn't always make space for that. I also work with people navigating racial identity, spirituality, and life transitions that shake up everything they thought they knew. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or trying to figure out who you are after a major change, I'm here for it. Some clients need practical tools they can use right away, while others need time to process deeper feelings. What stays consistent is my belief that you already have strength within you. If you’d like support, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976. You can also message me or use this link: https://bit.ly/3JQzitS (Copy and paste it into your browser).
