Education
The University of Scranton, Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, 2019
Work HistoryI have over four years of clinical experience working with a wide range of clients. I began my career supporting university students who were dealing with academic pressure, anxiety, and major life transitions. I later worked in a rehabilitation setting with adults with disabilities, helping them build confidence, strengthen social skills, and work toward their personal goals. In private practice, I have supported both adolescents and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, academic stress, and trauma. Across every setting, my focus has been creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered. I use an integrative approach and tailor my work to each person’s needs. My goal is to help clients gain insight, break unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful and lasting change.
