Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I always had a natural curiosity about people and a deep care for understanding their experiences, especially within the context of relationships and family dynamics. From an early age, I found myself drawn to listening, supporting others, and trying to make sense of how our connections shape who we are. Over time, that curiosity grew into a passion for helping people navigate challenges, strengthen their relationships, and feel more understood. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural path, one that allows me to combine empathy, insight, and a genuine desire to support others in creating meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
My personality shapes my work by creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I am warm, compassionate, and deeply open to others' experiences, which helps foster trust and emotional safety in our work together. I approach therapy without judgment, allowing clients to express their thoughts, feelings, and relationships at their own pace. My natural empathy and authenticity support meaningful connections, while my grounded presence helps clients feel supported as they navigate growth and change.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer collaborative, compassionate therapy focused on relationships, anxiety, attachment, and emotional growth. I also provide sex therapy, helping clients explore intimacy and sexual concerns. Using evidence-based approaches, I support you in understanding patterns, improving communication, and building more secure, fulfilling connections.

Work HistoryI have spent the past 4 years working in a private practice where I focused on sex therapy and couples therapy. During that time, I supported individuals and partners in navigating challenges around empathy, communication, trust, and connection. While that has been a core part of my work, I also have experience helping clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress.
