Are there any recurring themes or issues you’ve noticed as you treat people in your area of specialization, and how has this insight guided your approach?

Most of my clients have ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodivergence. I have both myself and am out in an effort to help reduce stigma. The main theme I see from my clients is that they come to therapy having tried other providers in the past. Sadly, many providers without adequate specialization leave neurodivergent clients feeling unheard. I assure you that I will listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and validate you each time we meet.

What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

Your thoughts, feelings, values, needs and goals are very important to our work together. I am genuinely excited to help you with your evaluation and therapy needs.

In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?

I am most often described in life and therapy as someone who cares deeply for others, loves detailed work, and occasionally talks too much about my favorite special interests. I am happy to learn new things and share them with you in session as they pertain to your therapeutic or evaluation goals. Above all, I love to support others' empowerment. These traits are some of those central to my identity and work as a psychologist.

Work History

My love for psychology inspired me to earn a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I specialized in both clinical work (evaluations and therapy) and research. I loved working directly with clients most of all. Thus, my career is devoted to clinical work in my private practice. I apply my expertise in an affirmative matter with respect for each client as an individual with complex intersectional identities.
