What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I have wanted to be a therapist since I was 9 years old. I have always had the desire to help people in this way.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I primarily consider myself a CBT based therapist. However, I utilize many different modalities based on the needs of the clients
What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
I am a relational therapist. I enjoy talking to clients about all aspects of their life. I gives me a bigger picture on who they are and creates a stronger therapeutic bond.
