Work HistoryI bring over 30 years of experience in marketing and communications, which means I deeply understand how people connect, communicate, and create meaning in their lives. My career path eventually led me to become a therapist, where I now help individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. Before opening my private practice, I worked in a nonprofit setting, supporting people through difficult transitions. I also have experience in grief counseling for children, helping young ones process loss in a way that feels safe and supportive. In addition, my advocacy work in the LGBTQ+ community has reinforced my belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued in their relationships and personal growth. Beyond my professional experience, I am also a mother and part of a blended family, which gives me firsthand insight into the complexities of family dynamics, change, and resilience. All of these experiences—professional and personal—allow me to support my clients in navigating life’s transitions, whether they’re facing relationship challenges, personal growth hurdles, or major life changes. I know that change can feel overwhelming, but I also know that with the right support, it can lead to incredible transformation.
