Get To Know Me
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
As an intuitive practitioner, I believe we are in an eternal cycle of destruction and rebirth of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal as your therapist is to present our sessions with embodiment of safety, hope, support, validation, and sincerity. I am not a "quick fix" therapist. I value our time and longevity of our professional relationship. I aim to get to know you, build and maintain trust, and humbly support connections and evaluations of life-long, experiences that made you, YOU.

Work HistoryMy journey as a clinical social worker has been… eclectic! I began working in in-patient substance use and psychiatric care and pivoted to the school system. I loved the clientele in the hospital setting but the systemic barriers were something I found difficult to align with. The public school system was where I discovered my passion for working with neurodivergent people! Celebrating their unique strengths and helping identify barriers to overcome challenges was my focus, but ultimately I found similarly to most organized institutions, the politics and paperwork were interfering with my main priority and focus— the well-being of my clients! I decided it was time to pursue telehealth private practice therapy and I found everything I had been seeking; balanced work and life ratio, positive outcomes for my clients, prioritized and individualized support, just as therapy should be.
