Work HistoryMy experience has mainly been in working with women and young adults struggling with trauma-related symptoms, PTSD, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression. I trained and worked extensively at a women's residential treatment center for substance abuse and trauma. Since then, I've primarily focused on working with those who have a history of trauma, have difficulty navigating life stressors, and or are experiencing issues in their relationships with others and themselves.
