What is your style/approach to therapy?
Working from an attachment theory lens, I hope to cultivate a safe space of authenticity, openness, and understanding so each client can process their emotional experience, gain important insight and take steps towards their renewal. Whatever it is you may be holding, my goal is to help you acknowledge and tend to the deep wounds that may exist, and together work towards healing and wholeness. As a first-generation Latina, I use my unique perspective when serving diverse, minority communities, a population that is very dear to her heart.

Work HistoryI believe everyone has the potential for healing and growth, and therapy is one way of helping you get there. I have been witness to the stories of resilient people who have suffered trauma, and have found healing through the darkest moments of their lives. We all have the power and agency to rewrite our narratives or find emotional and relational health, even when this is a new experience for us. I have a passion for and experience in serving clients navigating relationship conflict, life transition, grief, trauma, spirituality, and identity exploration.
I cannot wait to meet you where you are and walk alongside you in your journey.
