What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe in adapting my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, as everyone benefits from personalized support. I draw from a person-centered approach to foster a safe, empathetic environment, while also incorporating a strengths-based perspective. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and by recognizing your strengths, we can work together to help achieve your goals.
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
I want people to know that yes, therapy can feel uncomfortable at first. You might have to face some hard truths and make challenging changes. But I’ve witnessed the outcomes—and it can be a truly beautiful process. It’s easy to focus on the big and scary parts before you begin, but I’m here to remind you that healing and growth are just as real, and often more powerful.
