Work History

Sometimes we need a little help feeling our best and becoming our authentic self. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults who are struggling with the demands of life, mood (anxiety, depression, feeling "off"), and/or identity (masking, people-pleasing, etc.). I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist with a welcoming and holistic approach. Whether you are new to therapy, nervous to begin, or an experienced client, I meet clients where they are at, allowing you to take therapy at your own pace. Together, we can help you feel your best and meet your goals. What to Expect: We can meet online, in-office, or outdoors for walk-and-talk or nature-based therapy sessions. I typically use a variety of supportive and directive evidence-based approaches during session, which may look like asking exploratory questions, guiding you into deeper self-awareness, and sharing effective tools relevant to your needs. I provide a free 15-25 minute introductory phone call to ensure we are a good fit for one another, superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and a limited number of sliding-scale rates. Let's talk to see how I can best support you or your teen. I reply to all inquires within 1-2 business days. Now Accepting New Clients!
