Work HistoryI utilize many different lenses of therapeutic work to ensure every client is getting services and support that tailors to their unique needs, but overall pulls from an overarching person-centered perspective. I earned my MA in Counseling from Antioch University Seattle in 2021, and have experience working with adult and children populations around the greater Seattle area. Everyone deserves a space to feel heard, seen, cared for, and supported; that is the basis of what I promise when you work with me. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Drama/Creative Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, & Strengths Based Therapy. My main areas of practice include but are not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, LGBTQIA identifying/affirming, etc. I will not always have the answers you want or are looking for, but I will be here to sit with you and be in your corner through the journey. I am here to walk beside you, not lead you, as your explore what challenge and growth is possible in your life. My door is open, let’s see what’s possible.
