Are there any recurring themes or issues you’ve noticed as you treat people in your area of specialization, and how has this insight guided your approach?
My clients tend to be women who are struggling. Maybe things did not turn out how they expected in life and they are struggling to find joy and peace. They might be the caregiver of an aging parent, in an unbalanced relationship, the parent of a child with a disability, or a perfectionist that never rests. Often they are overwhelmed, exhausted, and then own worst critic. My approach is to journey with them to embrace self love, quiet the inner critic, and reconnect with life on their own terms.
