Work HistoryMy style is integrative, combining treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other approaches to help identify where your thoughts, behaviors and emotions lead you. I may also guide you in bringing your awareness to your body, recognizing how and where you hold your emotions, how they impact you, and learning how to process them. After obtaining a Masters in Social Work in 2009 I first developed my therapeutic skills in an adult drug & alcohol rehab, then moved into settings working with focuses on mental illnesses, addictions, disabilities, traumas, marital, family and relationship difficulties. I now work both privately and in a hospital-based behavioral health clinic
